"Dual Evaluation" Process
Over 600 tests focus on simulations that mirror the work environment and are validated by industry experts, each containing questions for a variety of skill levels, with the ability to customize the program to your specific needs.
More subjective traits are measured using behavioral and situational interviewing. By probing and listening, the Ledgent Technology recruiter is able to screen for critical success factors, such as initiative, adaptability, taking ownership, decision-making, self-control and commitment to quality.
Our Talent Assessment provides a look at how the candidate reacts in different situations and if their natural behavioral traits make them a good fit for your work environment.

The Customer Experience Department independently measures your experience through emailed online surveys. This includes your perception of the quality of candidates, service and account management. We believe by listening to your needs and experiences we can best meet and exceed your expectations.
With the information gathered by our Customer Experience Department we can isolate areas that require improvement, create action plans and also reward excellent performance.
